All withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Standard members can expect withdrawals to be processed within 1–2 business hours, while VIP members enjoy processing times of under 30 minutes. All transactions on the RA888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. RA888 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be automatically rejected.
RA888 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact RA888 support with proof of your transaction so we can investigate promptly.
All bonuses issued by RA888 are subject to the rollover requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Rollover refers to the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place bets totalling RM1,000 before withdrawing the associated winnings.
Every RA888 bonus carries a validity period as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any unused bonus or unmet rollover requirements within the specified period will automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation.
RA888 reserves the absolute right to void any bonus and close an account if promotional abuse is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, using duplicate accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or employing any betting strategy specifically designed to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk.
Benefits under the RA888 VIP Rewards Programme are subject to the terms and conditions of the separate VIP programme. VIP tier status is determined by total wagering activity within a defined period and not by win or loss outcomes. RA888 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice to affected members.
RA888 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at any time for reasonable causes, including technical errors, incorrectly displayed odds, or incomplete information about an event. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to the member's account.
If a match or sporting event — whether it is the Malaysia Super League, EPL, a badminton match, or an esports tournament — is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the scheduled time, all bets related to that event will be voided and stakes returned to members. For in-play bets that were partially settled at the time of the disruption, sport-specific policies will apply.
RA888 strives to ensure the accuracy of all displayed odds. However, in the event of an obvious error — such as odds that deviate significantly from reasonable market values — RA888 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and issue a refund to the member. RA888's decision in such matters is final.

All game results recorded by RA888's servers are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's device and the RA888 server records, the server records shall serve as the definitive reference for determining the actual outcome.
